I was really impressed. The laptop was well packaged and in near perfect condition. Winded up immediately, the battery was 100% out of the box. I let wWindows do my updates, it wouldn't activate, but the code was on a sticker and activation went smoothly. From the looks of it, this laptop was originally a Windows 7 model, the sticker is still on it, but it runs Windows 10 Pro and no complaints so far. I bought it for work, I work as a technician in a car dealership and a good laptop is essential for diagnostics. It works great, maybe I'll even get a second one to take home. So I will add an update. I use this laptop with no problems. I replaced the hard drive with a 1TB SSD. I just used Clonezilla and the SSD really brought it to life. Much quicker than you would expect. The supplied hard drive was a Seagate with 5400 RPM. I also bought a second laptop for home use and also upgraded to an SSD. The one I pulled from it was a 7200rpm no name, date code from 2013. I'm not complaining because for the price, even with an extra $100 to upgrade, it's still a great deal. Update 02/29/2020Okay, I spilled coffee on one. As expected, he didn't like it. So I bought another one and like the other 2 it's perfect.
