Didn't work at all!

Our grandkids are coming tomorrow and we bought this for them to play with. When it arrived the package was completely torn up inside and thrown in the mush. Apparently it has already been opened and returned. JOVIN, please do not pass on to the next buyer! THIS TOY IS NON-FUNCTIONAL! The remote control lights up, but the DOA dinosaur itself shows no sign of power. I tried 2 full sets of batteries (2 in the remote and 3 in the Dino Tail)...QC should have found that easy. we are very disappointed
