Like many people in the last year, I have been working from home since March. As the months dragged on during the pandemic (particularly in the second half of the year, at least for me), I found more and more that I was missing the necessary sockets in my small home office. This 10-outlet power strip has really made my home office life easier, including for tasks I do outside of my regular job. My first thought after seeing and hooking up this product was that it was "heavy duty". "everything sealed. Constructed from an aluminum alloy body, this is just a solid power strip with two rows of happily well-spaced sockets that accept plugs of most types and shapes. At the moment I have one switch on and five items plugged in. In this row, my phone charger is plugged into the second row and is on standby when I need to use it. The switch for this row is off for now to save power. There may come a time when I need that second switch to always be on. I have four laptops, a lamp, and other devices in my office, so this plug has been extremely useful and handy. Overall, this is a beautiful and practical power strip that works anywhere in the house, including in the garage if needed.
