Overall great product with 1 complaint. My only complaint after using this hydration pack for two weeks is that the straps that attach to the chest and waist are either very, very short. They barely fit me and I weigh 175 pounds (in good shape) with a 32 inch waist. I don't see them fitting someone with a bigger waist or bust than me, but I have boobs that are bigger than my waist. Keeps water cool, easy to use, fill, empty, etc. With this backpack, my water NEVER had a weird or strange taste. The backpack uses high quality materials. The backpack also comes with a lifetime worry-free guarantee. Overall a great product and I would definitely recommend it.
