It was very easy for me because of my experience in using online websites, I like how quickly they respond. The people were great! They helped get all documents needed by my business license application when we applied with our state department. Nothing more than what you would expect from any other service provider out there. We had an issue where one of their employees didn't answer emails or calls so their customer support wasn’t always helpful but once contacted, everything went fine. If your looking for fast response times this place has them which isn't bad considering most companies these days seem slow compared to others around here. Their rates weren't too expensive either although if doing research beforehand make sure you look at multiple providers before making decisions about pricing. Our first time applying for licenses through another agency took over 8 weeks to receive approval after submission and required $500 per employee fee just for application processing and $200 each additional year renewal fees. Then only did The customer service is excellent. They are always willing to help with any question or concern. The prices are reasonable. There are a lot of options to choose from. It would be great if they had a feature where you could add your own text to the documents. Blumberg Excelsior has been a good choice for us. They are very knowledgeable and they have been very helpful.
