Review on 🔌 Tgom FireWire Adapter 400 to 800 Black: High-Performance Connectivity Solution by Anthony Boylan

I was trying to get my home video from a Sony Handycam to my Mac mini but I had a FireWire 400 cable and my Mac has a FireWire 800 -Connection. I bought this adapter to connect but the Mac doesn't see the Handycam. The cable is good (I use it regularly on my PC) so I think the adapter is the problem. On the Apple forums others have stated that they have successfully used the same Handycam to transfer to their Mac Minis.
