Review on 🐼 Enhance Your Lashes with TONYMOLY Panda's Dream Smudge Out Mascara by Diana Mitchell

This is the second time I've ordered this mascara (I had a lengthening mascara and wanted to try the volumizing one) and I was looking forward to it because I love the cute packaging and I do I had no problems with my first. I read some reviews that it arrived dry and low and lo and behold this one was sticky, lumpy and quite dry but managed to salvage. Having already called customer service about another issue related to the product, I decided to just add a few drops of saline and hope for the best. This helps release some of the product and it works! Hopefully someone reads this and can try it themselves to make the most of it and save the cute panda.
