The most helpful feature of this program for us was being able to create an auto-approve process, which allowed our customers' inspections from their drivers by emailing them images or videos directly onto our platform! This enabled faster turnaround times than we could achieve without utilizing it in conjunction with other programs like ours (Fleetboard). Also - they have great customer service if you need help when there's something going wrong. We've been very pleased overall so far; however, I would still recommend looking at some more advanced features as well since not all are included out-of-the box but can be added later after getting started using what comes preloaded into your account such as reporting capabilities/data analysis tools etcetera.) As stated above though, really nothing specific here except maybe the ease of use once set up correctly and having good communication between both parties before implementing any services together. The ability to track our railcars in real time, and get immediate alerts when something goes wrong. I don't like the fact that you can only use RailcarRX for one type of vehicle at a time. It seems as though there should be an option to add multiple vehicles to the same account. We are able to track our railcars using the website and app. This allows us to know where our cars are at all times. This has made it easier to schedule repairs and send out drivers.
