Solid platform with many features including real-time tracking

The user interface of this product is very easy to use, as well as its reporting capabilities are quite powerful. I was able to get up and running in minutes and have it do exactly what we needed for our needs at that time. It did not work at first but after some troubleshooting we were successful. There may be other products out there that can meet all your needs or you could build something yourself using open source tools such as Python/Pandas and R. We used it primarily to track inspection

  • Sometimes crashes when exporting excel reports.
  • Needs better integration into SAP systems via web services

Great solution paired w software integration

The most helpful feature of this program for us was being able to create an auto-approve process, which allowed our customers' inspections from their drivers by emailing them images or videos directly onto our platform! This enabled faster turnaround times than we could achieve without utilizing it in conjunction with other programs like ours (Fleetboard). Also - they have great customer service if you need help when there's something going wrong. We've been very pleased overall so far…

Pros
  • Easy integration within my current fleet board software.
  • Very user friendly interface even those who aren’t tech savvy people will find easy enough access through mobile devices too!! And also desktop computers alike
Cons
  • Not much else is available outside basic tracking functionality
  • You cannot see details about each individual car
  • Limited options regarding scheduling work orders
