I bought these very small and I usually wear small ones. They fit both large, small and medium. I'm 5'5, 120 pounds, 35-27-37.5. The length is just right for my height, maybe an inch more, and barefoot I hit the ground with my heel. You would be perfect if you were 5ft. 6-5ft 8in long, too long if you are under 5ft 5in. I think it's great that they have pockets everywhere and not a single seam goes unused. If a bag fits in there, it's there! The fabric is a heavyweight denim but has a LITTLE stretch which is really nice. lies on her coffee table. With those, you can never figure out how they fall apart or come together, but when you least try, they suddenly fall apart. Pooh. You ONLY have to align the tiny metal bits correctly for them to hook, but then they easily come loose sometimes when you least need them. It just seems like there could be a better design in this regard, especially when rompers are already a nuisance when you need to pee! They're wide at the waist and hips, making them a bit unflattering at the side.
