So many reasons not to buy this system or anything from Aquasana.1. Tried to cancel the order 30 seconds after I purchased it because I forgot to go to my amazon smile page to get a portion donated to charity. The order could not be cancelled. Had a plumber put the system in. It was something he had not done before so did much research on it. Did a good job. Definitely not for a home owner to put in on your own!

We installed this product 3 months ago. We live in an area with serious hard water with lots of lime. Generally I am very satisfied with this system. This review is based on the installation and mechanics of the system. I cant speak to the water quality or longevity of it.The system installed very easily. Everything mated and sealed up well. I am glad I bought this system for our well water; however, they did NOT ship all the material. I was missing the UV power cable and only received two-thirds of the pipe connectors. They most likely added the material for the system without the UV kit?
