i update my review from 1 to 5 start. i have a slow system and call customer service. they replace with a new system within a week. i learn that the system design for 3500 SF and one story.i install the replaced system and everything works fine.I bought and installed it in Nov 2021. I write the review after 8 months of using it.To be fair, it works; however, very low water pressure. Definitely not 7gmp as advertised.After we installed the system, we noticed the water pressure dropped dramatically. For instance, there is no way 2 people can take showers at the same time. when I flush the toilet, the faucet almost got no water pressure. I looked at comments to learn how to fix them.I performed the following things:1. change brand new Aquasana filters (pre and post-filters). nothing much improved2. I take out both filters. Minor improvement3. I flush the tanks: I run water for about 20 minutes each. Then, I put together everything including filters. I measure it at around 1.5gpm after flushing the tanks.During tank flushing, I notice the water after running through the whole-house tank, it comes out very slow. I measure around 2gpm. On the tank, it said 7gpm.Regarding the softener tank, I measure it around 2.5 to 3gpm. Again, On the tank, it said 7gpm.I email customer support. No one gets back to me yet.
