Excellent customer service and product!

Looks like new, only the rubber on the shift knob is gone, but that's to be expected for a used part at this price, the important thing is that the thing works (works great!) otherwise I have nothing to complain about. I love it and the customer service was very helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a cheaper 3DS on a budget!
