NoGi capable for my opinion
I bought a medium it fits me very nice. I’m 5’9” 175lbs with a 32in waist. for the money it’s a 5 the design is nice and it’s made well. It’s a little thin but hey again it’s 1/3 the price of some of these other bjj companies for 100% the same functionality. It works better under the Gi since it’s not as thick you can actually breathe during the warm days
