I like that it is very easy to use, with no technical knowledge required at all! The customer service team are also great - they get back quickly when needed for support or questions about using their product (which isn't often!).
There's nothing specifically i dislike though; everything seems pretty good so far as an overall experience of this platform goes :) if anyone wants help setting up any features etc then do ask them through email/support tickets-it really does speed things along!! We're looking into ways we could implement some new functionality but haven’t had much success yet :P Would highly recommend trying out Briq before deciding whether its right fit for what yuo want from online quoting software ;) It helps us manage our business efficiently & allows customers who have booked via other platforms access too easily without needing additional steps suchas filling forms ect.
