Review on 4 80 4 00 8 Replacement Pneumatic Wheel by Timothy Louis

Ok it arrived on time today which is not usually the case with my two day delivery. This is a tire and tube combo set at an incredible price. The quality seems ok, no less than what I expected. In general, I give 4 stars for delivery, price, packaging and quality. Special tools help with installation onto the rim of your wheelbarrow / utility cart, but you can do without them. I have a small truck tire changer at the port and am still unable to get hold of it myself. I slipped the inner collar and valve stem through the rim but couldn't stretch the outer collar enough to install it. I gave up and took it to a tire shop. Long story short it took me and 2 of her boys to put it on (without the use of any special tools). We press the hoop in twos, and all three of us cling to the side! Worst tire shop of my life. Tire specialists claim that this is due to the tire's size and narrowness and not to workmanship or product characteristics. I had to agree with them hence a 4 star rating.
