The case arrived on time and does its job well. The cutouts match the control buttons exactly, the case is very nice. The only problem is that the pen loop blocks the power and volume buttons, making those buttons difficult to use - an inconvenience, to be sure. The best answer is to cut the loop and, if you think it's important, attach it somewhere else on the case with superglue. Otherwise, the case is quite satisfactory.
