I like that it's easy for users of all skill levels, from beginners who are just getting started with commenting in general or new commenters looking specifically at this software as their first choice out there! It has helped my business tremendously by allowing me more control over comments than other programs allow you while still giving your customers freedom when they leave feedback (as opposed).

There really isn't anything bad about civil - so far nothing major anyways :P You should give them try if possible since we had no issues using our own program back then but now everything seems fine because civi was born later :).
