Disappointed with office electronics

This ink has had great reviews and for the price I think it's a good deal. I get lines horizontally and up and down. I never had that with my other ink cartridges. I even restarted my printer and readjusted the heads, cleaned the nozzles and the rollers. I still get lines. I am extremely disappointed. I will continue to use the ink I still have in the cartridges, but I will not order them again.
