Unsatisfactory quality, I will not buy this again.

If you are thinking of treating a rusty surface with it, and then erasing the excess, then it was not there. I don’t know what it transforms there, but then it all looks as if you roughly covered the surface with an acrylic varnish with a brush, which dried up very quickly.
I thought that the effect would only be on areas with rust, and the rest could be easily erased. It's good that after half an hour it could still be washed off with water and a brush.
So do not try to cover the outer elements of the car with it, you will disfigure it.

Cons

Not a converter but a preservative, rather. As a result, it is an acrylic varnish with some dubious additives. Dries quickly and ugly
