Review on Wishiot Compatible Philips Required SmartThings by Cody Stroop

I read the description twice, kind of confused. When I couldn't connect that I went back and re-read the description and I'm still confused. I've seen one place say it requires a hub which I don't have. But then I saw in two other places in the description that it has a "built-in hub" and I just had to say "Alexa find my devices". This told me that he didn't need a hub. It says it's plug and play, no apps required. It didn't work for me at all. I have both Alexa and Google. I plugged it in and it blinked, but saying the phrase exactly as they spelled it resulted in Alexa telling me there were no new devices. Then I tried through the Smart Life app and it couldn't find it either, even after I pointed to Wishiot Zigbee. I've tried Google, Alexa, and the app over and over again and no one has ever found or connected these plugs.
