Works, but app and reading need some tweaking

This is a good budget watch alternative if you're looking for a decent tracker and don't have to worry about scratches and the like. For the most part, these watches perform as well as they can for the price. The first thing that surprised me was that it had the option to display messages from my phone on the watch. The downside is that it's pretty hard to read and sometimes displays messages. When you have a long message, it's really hard for you to read it. It might work for short messages. That being said, you can't answer them in hours, but you can at least read what they're talking about. I tested this product on a Fitbit heart rate monitor and the watch was hit or miss. Sometimes it was read from 5 to 10 beats. I tried my other watch and they were closer to Fitbit. That being said, I would say that the accuracy of the watch needs some work. I tried to clean the sensor but the read passed or failed. It lasts about a day before I need to charge it, which is a little disappointing. Charging is not difficult, it takes several hours to charge. The screen is very easy to scratch, but that's why I wanted something I wouldn't care if it gets scratched. It has the basic features I need, which is tracking my steps and heart rate. The app itself isn't the best, but it works. It doesn't crash like many other apps and is fairly user-friendly, but recording and reporting requires some work. The group feels cheap. Sometimes the skin rubs. It also slips on sweat so keep that in mind. In general this is a good group. The battery doesn't last very long and readings can be something of a hit or miss. If you're looking for something cheap and scratchy this works, but you get what you pay for.
