Update: Support mailed me a new cable after sending them a couple of pictures. The new one is white and the old was black. No problems with the new cable yet. Review updated from 1 star to 4 stars.The headphones themselves seem nice. The Bluetooth worked well connecting to my child's Walmart Fire tablet. The issue is with the detachable cable that comes with the headphones.The end connector on the cable broke off in less than 45 days of light use. There is no way to use the microphone without the detachable cable.
