Bought after comparing to another very similar product, this one was a little cheaper. There were a lot of good reviews so I was confident in my order. When the product arrived something seemed wrong. The packaging was incredibly cheap. A black box with some blurry images of the product on it. No words to say what it was, what features etc as you would expect on any packaging for anything you buy. In the box, the brush cleaner was wrapped in bubble wrap, but nothing else was properly packaged. If you shake the package slightly, you can hear everything inside pressing against other parts. Then when my wife tried to charge it to actually use it, it wasn't charged. I tried several different chargers and cables to make sure nothing worked. Had to return, will buy a more expensive, better known brand to replace. Very disappointing
