Update: After writing this review, the company took the time to email me to apologize and explain how to properly use makeup brush cleaners. They contacted me and sent me a free replacement to try again. That alone is top notch customer service! And after they explained how to use brush cleaner properly, I just fell in love! First let me say this device is AWESOME! It works so well and it's so easy to use. My before and after photos after use took about 15 seconds to clean and then 15 seconds to dry.
