Update: After writing this review, the company took the time to email me to apologize and explain how to properly use makeup brush cleaners. They contacted me and sent me a free replacement to try again. That alone is top notch customer service! And after they explained how to use brush cleaner properly, I just fell in love! My brushes were clean and dry in seconds. What used to take 2 hours to clean and a full day to dry took less than 45 minutes. What used to be a chore is now a fun task that's so easy my 11-year-old daughter is happy to help me with it. I'm so glad this makeup brush cleaner is rechargeable. That alone costs $30. We all know how troublesome and expensive it is to replace batteries. I liked that there are 13 brushes in the set. Other brush cleaning systems that I have ordered or have had in the past have had 8 at most. It used to be difficult to find the right collar for the right brush. Now I have a collar for each brush. Not even my thick kabuki brush. Thanks again to Senbowe for letting me try again. Excellent customer service and great product. To be honest I'm glad I gave them another chance. I will buy some to give to all my girlfriends. I was so excited when I received the makeup brush cleaner! I used to have another one and liked it, but unfortunately it broke. When I saw that this particular battery was rechargeable, I knew I had to have one! The shipping was fast, the product design was elegant and cute, and the instructions were easy to follow. So I thought. I wanted to love him so bad. I was very excited when I received it. But unfortunately it didn't meet my expectations. Left my brushes completely destroyed. He also did a terrible job cleaning the brushes. I don't know if I abused it or what but in my opinion it was a terrible product.
