About 15 years ago I had Thermage at an expensive spa and it cost $2,500. I saw such a difference in my skin after six months that I was beyond impressed. This Mlay device, with continued use, will deliver the same wonderful results at home and at a fraction of the cost. I first used it on the lowest setting for ten minutes and found it very comfortable. After 3 days I went up to medium and ten minutes. The second week I used it at maximum power (only three temperature settings) and up to 20 minutes a day. I move slowly with the gel that came with the device and use it in circular motions that cover my entire face and neck. It will take the longest to improve the condition of the throat, but I'm seeing wonderful results; Effects that no skin care product can achieve, and I have some very expensive skin care products. When you invest that much money in a device, make it a part of your daily routine. I use a lifting cream like the Gratiae Organic Lifting Cream or a serum day and night. I also use retinol every night. I also use a good moisturizer day and night. If you take care of your skin, use sunscreen every day. If you are running out of conductive gel I would recommend using Jellen Peptide Power Conductive Facial Gel. I don't have sensitive skin and the heat is very mild even at maximum heat.
