Do what they say and not expensive!
These are inexpensive blue light glasses that work very well. I often use the computer at night before bed and hope this will improve my sleep as I am exposed to so much blue light. Since using them I've definitely noticed that after hours at the computer my eyes don't hurt as much and while they're comfortable with prolonged use I'm not 100% sure how they look on my face but I don't wear glasses either, so she still looks unusual to me. I would still recommend them to try blue light blocking glasses, well made and do what they say!
