I was looking for a fitness bracelet, not a Smart watch. According to numerous reviews and reviews, the choice fell on Huawei band 6. The most interesting was the TruSleep function, designed to monitor sleep and, accordingly, a smart alarm clock that will wake you up in the most comfortable and easy-to-wake phase of sleep. I can say that, unfortunately, the future has not come. The bracelet is not able to determine not only the phases of sleep, but also whether you are sleeping or not. Even if you get up, relatively speaking, to the toilet, but do not touch the screen of your phone / bracelet, he may well not notice this, which already says a lot. In short: with sleep phases - complete crap, believe me. Smart alarm clock: the funniest thing is that it wakes me up at the moment when Iβm in a deep phase on the sleep phase chart (the hardest one to wake up). In short: itβs also an incomprehensible thing, just arrange a lottery for yourself with time when you get up.
