If you are the same size as me, please don't waste time. Usually I can wear XL-2XL. I bought this skirt in size XL and couldn't wear it below the waist. (they are not big). If I had to guess, I would say XL is more of a medium or large. I saw some reviews claiming it was stretchy but it absolutely isn't. The skirt itself is very cute, just like the picture.
