Oh honestly this thing is amazing! It is so warm! We've moved in and instead of my huge 1940's day tub, we now have smaller, "more modern" tubs that don't have back or neck support when bathing. It's terribly uncomfortable. I saw it and hoped it would work and hell it always does! Lumbar support is excellent. You can adjust it up and down which is a fantastic feature and well thought out. The pillow is thick and clings to the hard, straight edge of the tub, keeping me supported and comfortable. The suction cups are really good. They sit very well and don't move. The material is soft and yet very durable. The seams are double-stitched, as are the suction cups. I highly recommend making sure you use the little tab on the suction cups to remove them and not just try to pull them out. Again, they are very durable and over time this can cause damage to the item. The attached hanger is suitable for drying on any standard shower curtain rod. A little tip that might help: I always add a second shower rail to the inside wall of the shower to hang things that need to dry like washcloths, bath pillows, etc. It goes perfectly with that long pillow. I just leave my shower curtain open and it dries in a few hours. I use this pillow in the bathroom 2-3 times a week and have had it for almost 2 months now. Still perfect and fresh and warm. Absolutely worth the money. I love this thing!
