When it showed up on my doorstep the packaging was great and there was no problem with the box. I liked that it had different heads that were interchangeable. It's also smaller than I thought I'd like because if I ever want to take it somewhere, it doesn't take up too much space. The design is clean and comfortable. It is also quite strong and helps a lot with sore muscles.
