Review on TableAgent by James Pfettscher

I like that it's very simple, quick & easy for my customers who are not tech savvy at all! It helps them find what they need without having me help with everything or spending hours trying figure out how things work (which was our previous method!).

The only thing about this product has been its price point - but when you consider just HOW much time we spend helping people get into tables online now vs offline then i think there really isn't any comparison anymore between both methods of getting reservations booked/solved!! We've had great success using their website as well so if someone wants us take care off finding something else than tableagent because honestly once your set up wtih one platform nothing compares. I love that it's completely open-source, so there are no surprises when you find out what features they actually have! It can be difficult for new users to use but this platform has helped us grow our business by over 200% since we first started using them two years ago. The biggest benefit of having their services as opposed to other platforms like OpenTable or Eat24 is how easy booking tables becomes with one simple click versus typing into multiple fields.
