One of the rectal thermometers is not working. I .

One of the rectal thermometers is not working. I bought a pack (4) for the staff I work with because we work in pediatrics. Thermometers don't give readings in 20 seconds. So I can only use 3 of the 4 I bought. I would not order these again.
