This is a wonderful tabletop oven. After reading the reviews I decided to take a chance and buy this oven as it is made of stainless steel inside. I read the booklet and made sure I followed each step carefully before using this oven. I also followed the instructions when using the oven. When I'm done with this oven, I turn it off and make sure the oven is unplugged. Based on the reviews, I decided to contact Square Trade and get insurance on this oven. I may be lucky enough to have a perfectly working oven, but it seems many buyers don't have one, so I'd advise getting insurance. My oven was not damaged. Hope this review helps others.
