Before writing this review I took some time to make sure everything was working. First I got a strange result: when my monitors were turned off to save power, after waking up the computer only one would turn on again. I had to turn off and on the monitor that wouldn't turn on and then it worked fine. There were also some apps that crashed when waking up the computer. I don't know why but it was driver related or something with the hub. I contacted support and they responded immediately and worked with me to troubleshoot. I updated the drivers, connected/disconnected something and in the end everything worked, and now everything works fine. I was a little frustrated that everything didn't work right away after I plugged it in, but I don't know if it was my computer or the product. Overall I am very happy with the device and even more happy with the support knowing there is someone on the other line who can help. I am using a Lenovo laptop connected to two HDMI monitors.
