I bought two pairs of these little beauties about seven months ago and they've been running non-stop ever since, powering three desktop tablets and one portable LED desk lamp. When ordering, I was concerned that the winding mechanisms would gradually lose their effectiveness. . . em. . . Put away for the first few months of use, but all four coils continue to work flawlessly despite heavy use - each tablet is plugged in and unplugged up to a dozen times a day. The spools are still very flexible, the cables uncoil and uncoil without binding, and the connectors or the cables themselves suffer no obvious deterioration. They have become one of my favorite devices and I highly recommend them.
