Very difficult to put on and open, even harder to take off, plus it gets hot!

Watch the video before you try to put it on or take it off! It looks quite industrial and a little clunky, but it's very sturdy, even though I haven't dropped my computer. I suspect this will help prevent damage if it falls. This thing is really very difficult to put on and even more difficult to take off. I've read of several people whose computers got corrupted due to this problem. Aside from being difficult to remove, what's even worse is that this stupid thing doesn't have a lip hole in the front bottom (where the computer structure is). , so if it's closed, there's no obvious way to open it! It was SO STUPID and annoying! I was more afraid of breaking it than accidentally dropping it and that's why sometimes I don't let it close completely even when transporting it. terribly insecure. GRRRRRRR! To make it easier to open, you actually have to use two hands on the top two corners to open it safely, but being disabled and fairly frail and having hand issues I was hoping I could handle opening and closing with one hand. not to be This does mean, however, that when it's locked it appears fairly secure. A real issue is that it also gets hot and my PC has shut down multiple times due to its heat even when it's on a stand. To circulate air around it and I didn't use huge amounts of energy or complicated programs to stress it out. My fingers get bored on the trackpad and the connectors connecting other things get very hot. Thankfully, the MacBook Pro will turn itself off if it gets too hot, but that's inconvenient. I think it's worse for powerful users. Again, this is VERY, VERY difficult to remove; even follow instructions and videos from people showing how to do it safely. When I took it off due to overheating I just left it on because it was such a challenge! I was very lucky not to break the case or screen in the process. I bought it because of my lack - I sometimes drop things. But I think it might be overkill for the average user. If you use your computer in the field or in difficult situations, it can be worth the effort. I found it difficult to justify the difficulties.
