My dog is a 7 lb Yorkie mix who usually wears X-Small so I got a small to be a little bigger and more comfortable. It was very tight around the neck and would have been very uncomfortable. So I had to cut a slit at the neck and bottom. I also had to cut off the sleeves as she couldn't walk. Otherwise a good product. Let people know he works little.
