I've been struggling to get a good night's sleep for a long time and finally found a way to go to bed nice and sleepy. I take a magnesium capsule a few hours before bed. An hour later I take 4 ml of melatonin. Take a nice hot shower and then sip a cup of this extra sleepy tea and go to bed really sleepy and relaxed. For me this tea is potent, after half a cup it makes me sleepy. I'm so glad I found a system that allows me to sleep and feel so much better throughout the day.
