I have to say I'm incredibly surprised. I have a very small cloak over my fireplace (you can see it in the photos). It's just over 1.5 inches and you can't put anything on it or lean on it to hold your Christmas stockings. I bought a baby hanger to put on my stockings, but it was bulky and took up a lot of space near the fireplace. I really hated this setup and figured there must be a prettier way to hang my stockings. I saw them, read the reviews and thought I would try, worst case scenario they break, I throw them away, small price. You are wonderful. Not only do they hold my Christmas stockings, I added weights to see if they would last from Christmas Eve to Christmas morning when the kids rip them up, and they do! I'm shocked because they look almost delicate. I love that they are transparent, they go great with home decor and Christmas decorations. I highly recommend this item. I bought 8 packs, I needed 5 and thought I had some extras in case I need to double down or one breaks.
