I bought the chair due to COVID 19 I was working from home. I worked a lot and needed a chair with ergonomic support. I wanted a chair that I can customize; elevation and incline. The oars fixed the chair where I wanted it. I then leaned forward to pick something up off the floor and the chair "slammed" and pushed me forward, almost banging my head on the table. I reset the incline and it kept "jumping" out of the incline settings and checking the paddle to make sure it was tight. I like to have a slight backrest in my office chairs so I don't feel like I'm leaning forward when I'm working, so I don't feel like I'm slipping off the chair. It didn't work and I had to return the chair.
