My daughter has hair problems and recently asked me to get her a new biotin shampoo and conditioner. Decided to try this and so far she has told me. The smell is pleasant, she likes this smell. It's not overwhelming, but subtle. There weren't any consistency issues that we've experienced with others. She said that after shampooing her hair was a little drier than usual and the conditioner was doing a decent job, but she didn't feel any better than before. Hoping that over time as she empties the bottle she will see more results. However, this is currently not impressive. We have used many products that will leave your hair soft and fresh even after the first use or two. However, this did not happen.
