Output ports are of poor quality and cause sound distortion

Headphone jacks (3mm) are not of very good quality. Tends to loosen the connection and cause the left and right earphones to malfunction. Causes a lot of discomfort and irritation, especially during a performance. Please send me a good quality replacement (tested adapter)
