Purchased a size 12/18 for a 15 month old girl weighing 17-22 pounds and about 29 inches tall and too short for her. More like a tunic. You must be wearing gym shorts to wear this as a tunic. Or I suppose I should just swap for the next size up.-_-The color is the same as the picture. I bought the "white" dress as described, betting that the photo represents the product more accurately than the description, and I won this dress 😏. It is a light beige color. Every color that comes to mind when the word linen springs to mind.
