Although the description says this ink works with the 9020 series, it does not. They didn't work with my HP Officejet 9020 series and the third party, Envision Supply Source, refused to issue a refund or replacement as they said the returns window closed a while ago. I buy ink months in advance so I don't run out and I'm sure I'm not alone so I just ran out of last supply of ink and that's when I found out the new ink wasn't compatible. Telling customers that we won't give you a refund because you haven't applied within 30 days is irrelevant.
