An Upsetting and Disappointing Experience at the DONWORD Online Store
DONWORD is an awful choice for an internet retailer. Their website is complicated to use, and the products they sell are of low quality. After making a few purchases from them, I found that the items were all of poor quality and broke apart after only a few uses. I attempted to return them, but their customer support did not respond, so I was forced to keep the items despite the fact that they were defective. You can save both time and money by shopping somewhere else.
