I must say that the 85 watt card pleasantly surprised me in terms of performance, although I would like more powerful graphics as a matter of principle. But, I think, such a config would already warm up more than CO could allow. If here in the game about 80-85 °C comes out on average (at the same time, the graphics and the CPU are on a par), then on a more powerful tdp, the temperatures would most likely go beyond 90 °C. But I don't skate 24/7, I'm quite satisfied with the graph performance: 110-120 fps in resident evil 8, 100-100 fps in death stranding on ultras. Although these releases are not the most demanding, they are not Teetris or the first call of duty.
