I got what I paid for. Wanted to save money. The packaging was fine, although I miss the detailed electronic specs and features found on most modern devices. Assembly was easy. It is intuitive and provides clear instructions. The sap is fine, although you'll have to cut it down to less than 1/2 inch or you'll have a hard time shoving it down the auger drive. Squeezing the juice is not quick due to the heavy pressing and small inlet. After quickly juicing some carrots with ginger (high power mode), I attempted to disassemble the cleaner. Surprisingly, I couldn't do it with my dry hands. Okay, so they had a wrench and they specifically mentioned this issue in the manual. However, the key didn't work either. Also, the groove on the drum cover (the part that prevents the filter mesh from falling) is tapered, so using the key to prevent it from falling was very clumsy. After a few tries, the key broke off (see photo). I don't even have the tools at home to take it apart right now - some rubber bands? Vices?.Very disappointed (me included) and coming back.ps choose metal blocks not plastic blocks. The plastic feels weak and breaks more easily.
