Loved the slim profile and quick access options. I haven't tried all the ports on the device as I recently received the keyboard and am returning it. One of the two USB-C ports doesn't work at all, the second supplies power to all keys except for the number pad keys. It looks like the numeric keypad isn't working. There's no number lock/unlock button, so you'd expect the number pad to work automatically. This was launched as a start-up (crowdfunding) venture. It appears that in their quest to bring the product to market they 1) have not created a solid and reliable design and 2) do not have adequate manufacturing testing procedures in place to detect major electrical/mechanical defects before the keyboard leaves the assembly . Line. I sent the keyboard back and ordered a second one hoping to get a working keyboard. No, same problems. I contacted Kolude through their website and received no response. A search online for reviews reveals that they have poor customer service - buyers beware! I received a reply via the Facebook Messenger app with very poor instructions on how to make some registry changes on my hard drive to get the numeric keypad working. The provided REGEDIT directives do not match what appears in the registry. I don't want to risk ruining my laptop hoping the keyboard will work properly. This one comes back too.
